A postdoctoral position funded by the Wellcome Trust is available for up to 13 months in the research group of Dr Isabel Palacios, Department of Zoology, Cambridge. The post-holder will work on understanding how cells become polarised and/or how cells adopt a precise ate, using Drosophila as a model system.
The applicant should hold a PhD in Drosophila germline and/or nervous system. He/she should be experienced in cell biology techniques (dissection, stainings and confocal microscopy). The post-holder will be based in the Department of Zoology, Cambridge.

Salary: £27,578-£35,938 pa
