The EPFL Laboratory of Systems Biology and Genetics is seeking an outstanding postdoctoral fellow to reverse engineer mammalian gene regulatory networks that control differential gene expression in stem cell renewal and cellular differentiation. Specifically, the goal is to use integrative genomics approaches to characterize the molecular function of transcriptional co-repressors in these processes.

Candidates must have a strong background in molecular biology, preferably regulatory or integrative genomics, have an interest in applying and/or developing high-throughput sequencing-based technologies, and have a basic to good knowledge of bioinformatic tools. In addition, candidates should have a record of relevant publications in peer-reviewed international journals, the ability to speak and write effectively, strong team skills and be self-motivated, and creative.

The qualified candidate will benefit from interacting with a very dynamic and multidisciplinary group working at the interface of biology and computational sciences, and from a competitive salary (net annual salary, ~€65,000 depending on years of experience).
