Job Description
Post-doctoral Research Associate position available immediately at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in the Tumor Immunology Laboratory/Department of Microbiology and Immunology. Research projects focus on tumor immune evasion mechanisms and development of effective therapeutic reagents to counter tumor immune evasion/tolerance using our established transgenic animal models. Successful candidate should have a Ph. D in biology, preferably in Immunology or related field, experience working with transgenic or knockout animals. The laboratory is situated in Hollings Cancer center in the beautiful Charleston Historic District with stimulating research environment, particularly in tumor immunology.
