A postdoctoral position is announced at the Division of Cell Physics, Department of Applied Physics, School of Engineering Sciences, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden within the subject area of experimental biological physics. Recent research interests of the group members include subcellular ion-homeostasis, calcium mediated cellular signaling, kidney development, synaptic protein organization, and super-resolution microscopy methods.
Description
A suitable background for this position would be a PhD degree in biology/medicine/biophysics and demonstrated research interests for signaling in kidney development. The position will also require independent work in addition to collaborative skills and creative thinking. In addition, good oral and written communication skills in English are required.
