Job Summary: Applications are invited for a qualitative research fellow post in the Health Services Research Unit, University of Aberdeen. Team is currently working on a project which involves a series of systematic reviews, both quantitative and qualitative, to review the evidence base for the engagement of men with services and the management of men with obesity.

The key task for this post holder will be to search for, assess, analyse, interpret and synthesise qualitative research in this area. The post holder and the quantitative systematic reviewer will be required to integrate and write up the qualitative and quantitative themes for the final report and other publications. Thus experience of mixed method research would be particularly valuable.

Applicants should be in possession of a PhD in a social science area discipline or be of equivalent postdoctoral standing.
