A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available immediately to investigate the eukaryotic DNA damage response and the related ubiquitination pathway enzymes through protein X-ray crystallography. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in structural biology or biochemistry with extensive experience in protein X-ray crystallography including protein expression and purification, crystallization, structure determination and refinement. Prior experience with cocrystallizing protein with small molecule inhibitors is desired. If interested, the postdoc fellow can be trained in enzyme kinetics, chemical ubiquitination and cell based proliferation assay.
