巴西布坦坦研究所应用毒物学博士后职位
job description
Two post-doctoral positions available at the Center for Applied Toxinology-Instituto Butantan-São Paulo, Brazil.
-Project 1: “Proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis of phosphorylation cascades triggered by FGF2/FGFR”. The project involves the quantitative proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses of Y1 cells treated with fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) with emphasis to the G0/G1 S (mitogenic activity) and G2 M (anti-mitogenic activity) transitions. Moreover, the phosphorylation cascade underlying the response to DNA damage will also be evaluated. The applicants should have experience with proteomic analysis of complex protein mixtures and protein phosphorylation by mass spectrometry.
-Project 2: “Proteomics applied to the study of the functional interaction of snake venom proteinases with cell and plasma targets”. The project involves the use of proteomic approaches and mass spectrometry to analyze the effect of the metalloproteinase HF3 on platelets and endothelial cells. Applicants should have experience with orthogonal chromatography, protein electrophoresis and mass spectrometry.
